Abstract:Objective :To observe the clinical effects of thermonecleolysis on the cervical intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods:100 patients with cervical intervertebral disc protrusion were involved in this study. The needles were penetrated to the target of intervertebral space through the path between anterior jugulartracheal sheath and vagina vasorum guided by CT or C-arm,and the targets were heated with the nerve radiofrequency meter, which can also duplicate pain.It will last 4 cycles,100 s for one cycle. Results: After the treatment, patients had a obvious improvement of the VAS.The satisfactory rate and excellent rate of the clinical effect reached over 80%.Conclusion: Radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation is an effective method for treatment of cervical intervertebral disc protrusion.
