    目的:检测三叉神经痛患者脑脊液和血清中SOD含量,探讨三叉神经痛的发病机制.方法:三叉神经痛患者31例,在行经皮穿刺三叉神经节射频控温热凝术中抽取脑脊液,同时抽取肘静脉血,分别检测其SOD含量.对照组为33例非神经系统疾患的腰麻手术患者,抽取脑脊液及肘静脉血送检,测定SOD含量.结果:三叉神经痛组脑脊液SOD含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01),血清中SOD含量与对照组比较无显著性差异.结论:SOD含量升高是机体中内源性防御机能的反应,三叉神经节胞体病灶及神经根处氧自由基增加,造成神经脱髓鞘病变形成“短路”与原发性三又神经痛的发病机制有关.

    Abstract:

    Objective:To detect the SOD content in blood and CSF in trigeminal neuralgia patients,and get a deeper study about its pathogenetic mechanism.Methods: 64 patients were studied, in which 31 cases were trigeminal neuralgia who received percutaneous radiofrequency thermorhizotomy, and the other 33 were non-nervous system disease who received lumbar anesthesia before operations.The SOD content in blood and CSF were examined in all of the patients.Results: The SOD content in CSF in trigeminal neuralgia patients group was obviously higher than that in the non-nervous system disease group(P<0.01), while the SOD content in blood has no significant difference between the two groups. The SOD content in CSF of trifacial neuralgia group was higher than that in blood of the same group. Conclusion: The high level of SOD content in CSF is a reaction of endogenlous defensive function. Trigeminal fibers demyelination causing direct contact to the injured in soma of trigeminal ganglion might be the main pathogenesis of original trifacial neuralgia.
