乙醇和酚甘油皮下注射对实验兔皮肤的影响研究

EFFECTS OF SUBCUTANEOUS INJECTION OF ALCOHOL OR PHENOL GLYCERIN ON LOCAL DERMA IN RABBITS

摘要:

目的：研究不同浓度乙醇和酚甘油皮下注射对实验兔皮肤的影响，探讨皮下注射神经毁损药物是否会导致皮肤结构的严重损害这一涉及临床安全的问题。方法：实验兔皮下分别注射50％、75％、99．5％乙醇或7．5％、15％酚甘油各2ml。观察实验兔笼养期间皮肤外观和行为改变以及注药后1周、1月、3月皮肤病理改变。结果：50％、75％乙醇注射区仅出现轻度的皮肤和皮下改变，而99．5％乙醇、7．5％酚甘油和15％的酚甘油引起大部分实验兔注射区皮肤的溃烂或坏死，这些改变在一个月内很难修复愈合。实验兔在进食、精神状态等方面无显著异常。结论：外周皮下小神经损毁使用50％或75％的乙醇是安全的，而无水乙醇、7．5％、15％的酚甘油则不能使用。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the effects of subcutaneous injection of alcohol or phenol glycerin at different concentration on the local derma in rabbits, and to assess the safety of clinical application of chemical neurolysis drugs. Methods:After subcutaneous injection of 2ml alcohol in 50%, 75%, 99.5% or phenol glycerin in 7.5%, 15%, the pathological changes of local derma and changes of behaviors were observed after 1 week, 1 month and 3 months. Results:Only slightly inflammatory responses were induced by alcohol in 50% and 75%, but severe dermal canker and necrosis occured in most rabbits which received 99.5% alcohol, 7.5% or 15% phenol glycerin subcutaneous injection. These severe dermal damages hawe not recovered within 1month.Conclusion:It would be safe to perform chemical neurolysis with 50% or 75% alcohol but not 99.5% alcohol or 7.5% or 15% phenol glycerin for subcutaneous injection.
