细辛伍用异搏定对牙神经痛的镇痛作用

SYNERGISTIC ANALGESIC EFFECT OF ASARUM COMBINED WITH ISOPTIN ON TOOTHACHE

摘要:

目的：研究细辛酊剂和异搏定制成复方细辛牙痛酊的镇痛作用。方法：采用牙髓电刺激法测定其镇痛作用；并用生物医学信号采集处理系统记录药物对蟾蜍坐骨神经干神经冲动传导的影响。结果：复方细辛牙痛酊局部给药能显著提高兔牙痛的痛阈。结论：细辛酊剂伍用异搏定局部应用对牙痛有协同镇痛作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the analgesic effect of toothache tincture of composite asarum(TTCA) composed of Asarum and Isoptin.Methods: The dental pulp of rabbits were stimulated by electric machine to cause pain.Pclab-3804 was used to record the effect of TTCA on impulse conduction of sciatic nerve.Results: TTCA significantly increased the pain threshold of rabbits.Conclusion: Combining asarum with isoptin has synergistic analgesic effect on toothache.
