Abstract:Objective:To observe the long-term curative effect of selective medicine perfusion in treating patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head. Methods:Forty-three patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head were treated by selective medial femoral circumflex artery and obturatoria artery medicine perfusion. Twenty-four patients were followed up for 6 months to 3 years, on the average of 14.3 months. Results: For most of the patients (22/24), the pain was alleviated, sick joint activity improved and the distance walking without pain prolonged. Conclusion:Selective medicine perfusion is effective for the patients with ischemic necrosis of femoral head.
