氯丙米嗪镇痛抗炎作用研究

ANALGESIC AND ANTI-INFLAMMATORY ACTIVITY OF CLOMIPRAMINE

摘要:

目的：研究氯丙米嗪镇痛抗炎作用。方法：采用小鼠热板实验、醋酸扭体实验和福尔马林实验。结果：腹腔注射氯丙米嗪10mg/kg可延长小鼠舔脚潜伏期，减少小鼠扭体次数，抑制福尔马林引起的疼痛反应，能减轻福尔马林所致小鼠足跖水肿。结论：氯丙米嗪具有明显的镇痛作用，在镇痛剂量时能抑制皮下注射福尔马林引起的水肿。

Abstract:

Objective:To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of clomipramine. Methods: The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of clomipramine was tested in hot plate test, writhing test and formaldehyde test in mice. Results: Clomipramine 10mg/kg (i.p.)could (1)prolong the hind paw licking latency,(2)reduce the writhing number,(3)inhibit the nociceptive response induced by formaldehyde,(4)relieve the formaldehyde-induced paw edema in mice. Conclusions: Clomipramine had potent analgesic effect and was active against edema induced by formaldehyde in analgesic dose.
