佳士比注射泵注入胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症

THE USE OF SYRINGE PUMP DURING LUMBAR DISCS HERNIATION TREATED BY INJECTION OF COLLAGENASE

摘要:

目的 :观察佳士比注射泵注入胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 :随机将 2 8例胶原酶盘外溶解术治疗的患者分为两组 :观察组 18例 ,使用佳士比 310 0型注射泵注入胶原酶行盘外溶解治疗 ;对照组 10例 ,一次性注入胶原酶行盘外溶解治疗。结果 :术后 7天疗效观察 ,观察组总优良率为 83.3% ,总有效率为 10 0 %。对照组优良率为 4 0 % ,总有效率为 80 %。两组优良率、有效率比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。术后 3月观察组总优良率为 88.9% ,总有效率为 10 0 % ;对照组优良率为 80 % ,总有效率为 90 %。两组比较优良率、有效率均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :佳士比注射泵注入胶原酶盘外溶解治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种安全有效的治疗方法 ,其近期疗效优于一次性注入胶原酶盘外溶解治疗。

Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of injections of collagenase with syringe pump on lumbar discs herniation. Method: 28 cases with lumbar discs herniation treated by extra-disc injections of collagenase were randomly divided into two groups. In study group (group I, n=18), the Graseby 3100 syringe pump was usede during injections of collagenase. In control group (group II, n=10), the patients were injected with single dose collagenase. Results: On the 7th postoperative day, excellent and good rate was 83.3% and the total effective rate was 100% in study group, excellent and good rate was 40% and the total effective rate was 80% in control group. There is significant difference between the two groups( P <0.05). And on the 90th day, excellent and good rate was 88.9% and the total effective rate was 100% in study group, excellent and good rate was 80% and the total effective rate was 90% in control group. There is no significant difference between the two groups( P >0.05). Conclusion: The use of syringe pumps during lumbar discs herniation is treated by injection of collagenase is a safe and effective procedure. It appears to be more effective than single injection of collagenase in the early days of the treatment.
