难治性三叉神经痛的药物联合治疗

THE COMBINED MEDICATION OF FAILED TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA

摘要:

目的：观察应用新型抗焦虑药物黛力新与抗惊厥药物联合治疗难治性三又神经痛的临床效果。方法：应用视觉模拟评分和情绪评分分别对疼痛和情绪进行评估并比较治疗前后的结果。结果：联合治疗对难治性三叉神经痛的止痛效果明显，并且能很好地改善病人情绪。结论：联合药物治疗是一种非常有效和安全的治疗方法。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of combined antidepressant (Deanxit) and anticonvulsant on failed neuralgia. Method: The visual analog pain score (VAS) and Emotional Scale (ES) of the patients with failed trigeminal neuralgia were recorded before and after treatment. Result: Both VAS and ES were decreased significantly after combined medication. Conclusion: The combined medication may be an effective and safe treatment on failed trigeminal neuralgia.
