神经妥乐平和卡马西平对带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效比较

THERADEUTIC EFFECT OF NEUROTROPIN AND CARBAMAZEPINE ON POST HERPETIC NEURALGIA

摘要:

目的：观察神经妥乐平和卡马西平对带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的疗效。方法：将30例PHN患者随机分为神经妥乐平组和卡马西平组，治疗前后观察疼痛和麻木的改善情况。结果：神经妥乐平组对疼痛和麻木的改善情况良好，对疼痛的总有效率和麻木的总有效率明显优于卡马西平组。结论：神经妥乐平治疗PHN安全有效，优于卡马西平。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the efficacy of neurotropin and carbamazepine in the treatment of post herpetic neuralgia. Methods: Thirty patients with post herpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into neurotropin group and carbamazepine group. Before and after treatment, symptoms and signs of neuropathy including pain and numbness were observed. Results: The improvement rate of pain and numbness of neurotropin group was significantly better than those of the carbamazepine group. Conclusion: Neurotropin is safe and effective in the treatment of post herpetic neuralgia,and is better than carbamazepine.
