帕歌斯治疗骨骼肌肉系统慢性疼痛的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECT OF HARPAGOPHYTUM PROCUMBENS ON CHRONIC PAIN OF MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM

摘要:

目的 :观察帕歌斯治疗骨骼肌肉系统慢性疼痛的镇痛效应及副作用。方法 :选择骨骼肌肉系统慢性疼痛病人 38例。所有病人均有轻至中度疼痛及一定程度的关节活动受限 ,病程均超过 6个月。采用自身对照 ,分别观察用药后 1～ 4周病人的疼痛程度、关节活动度、治疗效果和副作用。结果 :帕歌斯药物治疗后 ,病人活动性疼痛、关节活动受限程度评分与治疗前均有明显改善。 4周治疗病人的有效率为 73.7% ,有 8例病人出现轻度的胃肠道等不适 ,副作用发生率为 13.2 %。结论 :帕歌斯用于骨骼肌肉系统慢性疼痛治疗 ,对缓解疼痛和改善关节的活动程度有一定疗效 ,少数病人出现轻度的胃肠道等副作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To evaluate the analgesic effect and side effects of Harpagophytum procumbens on chronic pain of the musculoskeletal system. Methods: The study included 38 patients suffering from slight and medium chronic pain and limited activity due to degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system for longer than 6 months. The degrees of pain and joint activity of the patients after using Harpagophytum procumbens were compared with the control values obtained before treatment, and side effects of the drug were observed during therapy. Results: The scores of pain and joint activity after treatment were significantly lowered compared with the control values. The effective rate of the drug was 73.7% after 4 weeks' treatment, and the rate of side effects was 13.2%. Conclusion: Harpagophytum procumbens is moderately effective in treating chronic pain from the musculoskeletal system with a low rate of side effects.
