Abstract:Objective: To investigate the change of hemodynamics before and after treatments in patients with autonomic nervous dysfunction syndromes (ANDS). Methods: Thirty patients with ANDS were selected and treated with stellate ganglion block (SGB), Naosan therapy and music sport theropy. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), heart rate (HR), stroke volume (SV), cardiac index (CI) and systemic vascular resistance (SVR) were monitored in supine and standing positions. Results: There was significant difference in SVR in supine position ( P <0.01) and SBP, SV, CI and SVR in standing position ( P <0.05 or P <0.01) between pre and post treatments. Conclusion: The subjective symptoms after treatment were improved greatly and the hemodynamics were becoming stable. Thus, the combined therapy for ANDS was valuable.
