Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the target-injection of collagenase under CT intervention for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 198 patients with lumbar disc herniation at L4-5 or L5-S1 were included in this study. There were 100 cases in no-CT group and 98 cases in CT group. The operations were carried out respectively by experience in no-CT group and by CT intervention in CT group. Results:The excellent and good rate was increased from 72.0% (in group no-CT) to 84. 7% ( in group CT) ,P <0. 05 ; The effective rate was increased from 86. 0% to 94. 9% ,P <0. 05. Conclusion ; The target-injection of collagenase under CT intervention made the operation safer and easier to monitor. It can improve diagnosis before operation and make the puncture more precise. Therefore, it can improve the clinical curative effect.
