益母草注射液治疗月经期偏头痛

LEONURU HETEOPHYLLUS INJECTION IN TREATING MENSTRUAL MIGRAINE

摘要:

目的:观察益母草注射液治疗月经期偏头痛的临床疗效并探讨其治疗机制。方法:64例月经期偏头痛患者随机分为2组:A组为益母草治疗组（n=34）,予益母草注射液2ml im qd;B组为钙离子拮抗剂对照组（n=30）,予西比灵10mg qn,两药均于每月行经前7～10天开始给药,经期结束后停药。治疗3个月后根据患者治疗前后头痛发作次数、程度、持续时间及伴随症状的变化,经量化进行评定。结果:A组显效率为61.8％,总有效率为88.2％;B组显效率为43.3％,总有效率为83.3％。显效率A、B两组间对比差别有显著性意义（61.8％/43.3％,P<0.01）,结论:益母草注射液治疗月经期偏头痛有效,且疗效优于西比灵。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Leonuru Heteophyllus( LH) injection in treating menstrual migraine and investigate the mechanism of the therapeutic effect. Methods: 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups: group A(n =34) , treated with LH injection 2ml im qd; group B(n = 30) , treated with Sibelium 10mg qn. The administration was begun in 7 to 10 days before menstruation each month and was stopped after menstruation. The duration of observation was 3 months. The efficacy was assessed on the basis of the following variables: frequency of migraine attack, intensity of headache, duration of attacks and accompanying syndromes. Results; The marked effective rate and the total effective rate for group A were 61. 8% and 88. 2% respectively. The corresponding values for group B were 43. 3% and 83. 3% . There were significant difference in the marked effective rate(61. 8% vs 43. 3% , P < 0. 01) between group A and group B. Conclution: LH is an effective drug for the treatment of menstrual migraine and it is better than Sibelium.
