Abstract:As a burgeoning and frontier medical subject, pain clinic has the commonness of classical medical sciences well as some particularities. The authors give an account of the experience taken by the pain clinic of their hospital during the developing course in its construction and management. They include cooperation of multi specialities, steady troops of talents, forming of terraced teams and personnal culturing, gradually consummate of hardware establishment, recognition of scientific research and teaching. Enhancing quality control is the key to improve the level of construction and management of a pain clinic.
