Abstract:Aim: To investigate the effective method in the convalescent threatment of cerebral trauma. Methods: 60 Patients with cerebral trauma were randomly devided into 3 groups according to their different treatment scheme: N group (natural regression), H group (convalescent physical treatment) and H B group (convalescent physical treatment and sympathetic ganglion and paraspinal block). The improvement with the criterion of hemiplegia, paralysis, arthrocleisis and the psychological and behavioral retrogression were evaluated 1, 3, 6 months after treatment, respectively. Results: The effective rate after 6 months were: N group (46%), H group (71%) and H B group (100%). There is a significant difference among three groups. Conclusion: In the steady period of cerebral trauma, symptoms of disability will be slowly alleviated without any intervention. Physical treatment could improve the convelescence. Combination of physical treatment and sympathetic ganglion and paraspinal block is one of the most effective methods to improve the prognosis of cerebral trauma.
