27省市护士对癌痛治疗相关知识了解程度的调查与分析

AN INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS ON HOW MUCH KNOWLEDGE OF PAIN TREATMENT NURSES MASTER FROM 27 PROVINCES AND CITIES

摘要:

目的：护理人员对癌痛治疗的了解程度和态度直接影响癌痛治疗的效果。为了解护理人员对癌痛治疗相关知识的掌握情况，笔者于1998年6月在全国肿瘤护理年会上对27个省市的与会者，就如下六方面内容进行了问差异调查。方法：（1）答卷者一般资料；（2）对三阶梯止痛方案的认知和医院的实施情况；（3）目前临床常和于癌症止痛的药物；（4）如何评估癌痛；（5）对麻醉止痛药的成瘾的认识；（6）答卷者对癌痛治疗的态度。结果：调查结果显示，目前推广和贯彻三阶梯止痛方案存在着许多障碍；这些障碍有的源于医护人员因缺乏止痛治疗知识而造成的临床用药不规范；有的源于护理人员和患者对阿片类药物成瘾性的错误理解；有的源于治疗过程中医护人员缺乏沟通以及对癌痛评估的不足；护理人员的态度也是影响癌痛治疗的重要因素。结论：通过调查与分析，提示医药管理部门及医院，癌症疼痛问题仍未受到足够重视，癌痛治疗原则和新进展在医护人员中的普及率不高，应有针对性地对医护人员加强癌痛治疗及相关知识的宣传及普及，从而真正提高癌症病人的生活质量。

Abstract:

The understanding level and attitude of paramedics to cancer pain treatment directly influence the therapeutic result of cancer pain. On the Chinese Cancer Nursing Communion Conference in June 1998, the author made a questionnaire including six aspects about pain control to investigate how much knowledge the nurse's master. (1) General data of responders. (2) The responders' knowledge and the hospital's attitude of "Three stages Acesodyne". (3) The investigation on today's clinical anodyne most in use. (4) The knowledge of assessment methods for cancer pain. (5) The knowledge of being addicted to analgesics. (6) Nursing staff's attitude to curing carcer pain. The result indicates that there are many obstacles in popularizing and carrying out the project of Three Stages Acesodyne. Such as abusing anaesthetic drugs from lack of relative knowledge, misunderstanding for narcotism, lacking of communication among doctors and nurses and evaluating cancer pain insufficieently. The nurse's attitude of pain treatment is also one of the important factors. At the same time , some medical departments of management and hospital leaders do not attach enough importance to cancer pain, which really influences the life qualities of cancer patients, so it is important to renovate the concept.
