麻黄素滴鼻治疗偏头痛的研究

目的：本文采用１％麻黄素滴鼻方法治疗偏头痛患者４８例，方法：通过脑阻抗血流图（Ｒｅｏｅｎｃｅｐｈａｌｏｇｒａｍ，ＲＥＧ）进行了治疗前后的观察对比研究。结果：发现麻黄素滴鼻对无先兆型和有先兆型偏头痛均有效。总有效率分别为９６．８％和８２．４％，ＲＥＧ的流入时间，波幅，转折高比值、重搏波、波形及波幅差均见明显的变化。提示麻黄素自鼻粘膜吸收后，迅速作用于过度扩张的颅外血管，通过颅外和颅内血管间的交通，对

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the effects of intranasal medication with epherine on Migraine. Methods: Thirty one migraineurs without aura and seventeen cases with aura were treated with 1% epherine and the reoencephalograms were observed. Results: The total improvement rate of Migraine without aura and with aura were 96.8% and 82.4% respectively. There were significant changes on reoencephalogram between pretreatment and post treatment in the patients with Migraine. Conclusion: The intranasal route of drug administration (eg. Epherine) is feasible and promising for the treatment of patients with migraine.
