    在热板诱发的小鼠疼痛试验中,血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量显著增高,连续二次致痛,MDA含量增高更明显;在扭体试验中,小鼠脑组织、血浆及腹腔灌洗液中MDA含量均有显著增高。se吗啡5mg/kg可以显著抑制MDA含量的增加;在热板和扭体致小鼠疼痛中,血浆超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性也有显著增强。实验结果提示在疼痛过程中,MDA含量有显著增高,同时体内抗氧化能力也有显著

    Abstract:

    In the test of pain induced by hot-plate in mice, the malondialdehyde (MDA)contont in plasma increased markedly. When the pain was induced twice, the increase of MDA concentration was much more obvious. In the writhing test in mice, the MDA con tents in brain, plasma and peritoneal wash fluid also increased significantly. Subcutuneous morphine 5 mg. kg-1 could inhibit the increase of MDA. It was further found that the activities of plasma superoxide dismutuse and glutathione peroxidase in hot-plate and writhing model enhanced markedly. The results showed that the MDA increased at the pain process and antioxidative ability also enhanced.
