盘内注射胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症

COLLAGENASE INJECTION IN THE TREATMENT OF LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISC HERNIATION

摘要:

作者报告采用盘内注射胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症，自1994年来共治疗86例。注射采用俯卧位局部浸润麻醉并在电视X线（或B超）监控下进行。术后绝对卧床观察7～14天。由于该疗法可在电视X线或B超监控下就能顺利操作，且安全简便，疗效确切，作者认为该疗法也较适合在基层医院推广和应用。

Abstract:

Since 1994, 86 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation have been treated by injection of collagenase. The injection was performed under local anestheda using image intensifier control (X-ray or ultra-sonography). Absolute tal rest and close othervation were required for 7 to 14 days after the injection. According to 4 Category grading, the excellent and gnd results were 90. 7%. There were no serious complication. The procedure is simple and safe and the results encouraging. It can be performed under the control by conventional X-ray or B-mode ultra-sonography. We consider that this treatment can be used in hoopitals of the grass-roots level.
