小剂量低浓度布比卡因用于术后病人自控硬膜外镇痛

A SMALL DOSAGE AND LOW CONCENTRATION OF BUPIVACINE FOR THE POST-OPERATIVE PATIENT CONTROLLED EPIDURAL ANALGESIA

摘要:

４０例硬膜外麻醉者，术后保留硬膜外导管，根据患者的主观感受，由患者或其家属不定时（根据需要）注入０．１５％布比卡因５．０ｍｌ（含氟哌啶１．２５ｍｇ，曲马多２５ｍｇ）用于术后镇痛。结果表明：４０例均镇痛优良，且操作简便，完全，毋需特殊装置。

Abstract:

Forty patients were given epidural anestheaia and retained the tube in the epidural space after operation. 0.15% Bupicaine (mixed with Droperido 1.25mg. Tramadol 25mg) were administered by the patient or the relatives according to the patient's demand. Result: All the 40 cases maintained perfect analgraia. The method is safe, simpe and no special installation is need.
