硬膜外腔阻滞加局部浸润治疗急性腰扭伤

EPIDURAL NERVE BLOCK AND LOCAL BLOCK FOR TREATMENT OF ACUTELUMBAR SPRAIN

摘要:

本文在综合治疗的基础上，加用腰部硬膜外腔阻滞并加痛点封闭治疗急性腰扭伤，与常规综合治疗的对照组相比较。结果表明，硬膜外腔阻滞并痛点封闭，能迅速缓解急性腰扭伤初期的剧痛，提高近期治愈率。近期疗效显著高于常规综合治疗组。

Abstract:

Acute lumber sptain,an affection with high incidence,often gives rise to severelumbago,muscutar tenseness,limited local movement or even temporary disability for a nor mal life.The aim of this study was to work out a quick and effective method in order to meetthe demand for prompt relief of the severe pain.In our study of 140 cases,epidutal nerveblock pPluS led blOCk,in addition to combined therapy,resulted in a prompt and ediSfactoryrelief of the severe pain in the earlied stsge.The short-term cure rate was significantlyhigher than the group receiving pellintive treadment.
