硬膜外阻滞辅助按摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

OBSERVATIONS OF HEALING EFFECT IN THE TREATMENT OF LUMBAR DISC HERNIATION WITH EPIDURAL BLOCK ASSISTED WITH MASSAGE

摘要:

本文采用硬膜外阻滞辅助按摩治疗椎间盘突出症患者２５例，经临床观察证实，本文方法疗程短，治愈率高、痛苦小、患者易接受。每日治疗一次，７次为一疗程。第一疗程治愈率达７６％，第一、第二疗程会计治愈率达９６％。全部患者均随访３个月以上，且无一例复发。

Abstract:

Twenty five patients of lumbsr disc herniation were treated by epidural block assisted with massage therapy.The clinical observations suggested that this method had a shortcourse, high curative rate,little pain and could be easily accepted by patients.The curativerate was up to 76% in first course(1 week)and 20% in second course(2 weeks).All patients were followed up for more than 3 months,no single case recurred.
