应用氙光照射治疗肩周炎：170例报告

Xe-RADIATION THERAPY FOR THE TREATMENT OF SCAPULOHUMERAL PERIARTHRITIS: A REPORT OF 170 CASES

摘要:

用单纯氙（Ｘｅ）光照射治疗及伍用氙光照射的综合疗法治疗１７０例肩周炎。对９８例病史短，病症轻者应用Ｘｅｎｏｎ－５５０型氙光、低频治疗仪行肩周痛点照射治疗，优良率为８７．８％。对７２例病史长、病情重者行综合治疗，除氙光照射治疗外，辅助肩周药物阻滞、肩部按摩及肩关节功能练习等几种治疗方法，优良率为９４．４％。结果表明氙光低频治疗仪照射治疗肩周为具有明显效果，简便又无副作用，采用综合治疗效果更佳。

Abstract:

This paper investigsted the clinical efficacy of Xe- radiation therapy or its combination with other therapies in treating 170 cases scapulohumeral perisrthritis.To 98 cases with shorter history and milder symptoms, single Xe-radiation therapy using Xenon 550 type low-frequency therapy apparatus for irradiating the gainful points,yielded a success rate of 87.8%.In 72 cases with longer history and more severe symptoms,the Xe-radia-tion was combined with other therapies such as peri-shoulder blockage,shoulder massage and shoulder joint functional exercise,the success rate was 94.4%.It is suggested that Xe-radia-tion is an effective and simple physical therapy for scapulohumeral periwthritis.This therapy becomes more effective when it is combined with some other therapies.
