膑下脂肪垫损害性膝关节痛

KNEE JOINT PAIN CAUSED BY INFRAPATELLAR FAT PAD LESION

摘要:

膑下脂肪垫损害性膝关节致痛１０２例，临床采用膑垫松解手术和银质针针刺疗法治疗，优良率为９０．２％。根据膑垫和解剖学特点及膝关节生物力学分析，认为附着于膑骨下端粗面的脂肪垫无菌性炎症病变是引起慢性膝痛的重要原因。银质针针刺和手术松解治疗能消除病弈我的炎性刺激因素，使慢性膝痛获得治愈。

Abstract:

A total of 102 cases of the patients with pain in knee joint caused by infrapatellar fat pad lesion was reported.Fat pad lysis and silver needle therapy were used for treatment.The rate of excellent and good result was 90.2%.According to the feature of the fat pad anatomy and biomechanics of knee joint,the authors considered aseptic inflammatory lesion of the fat pad attached to patellar tip as the important pathogenic elements for induction of chronic pain in knee joint.Silver needle therapy and surgical fat pad lysis can remove the aseptic inflammatory stimulation in the lesion area,thereby to relieve chronic pain in knee Joint.
