腰背痛患者的射频热凝治疗32例报告

本工答观察射频热凝腰脊神经后支治疗腰痛的机理及临床治疗效果。选择３２例腰痛的患者，其中男性１９例，女性１３例，均经物理治疗，中西药物治疗效果不佳后应用此方法治疗。采用邵振海的腰痛神经定位法，经皮穿刺将射频针刺入损伤的腰脊神经后支处，射频热凝阻断腰脊神经的后支，３２例患者中２７例取得明显的治疗效果。提示腰脊神经后支的损伤与腰痛的发生有密切的联系。射频热凝阻断腰脊神经后支是一种有效的治疗腰痛方法。此外

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effects of radiofrequency thermocoagulation for the patients with low-back pain and its mechanism of action.32 patients were included in the present study.Percutaneous puncture radiofrequency thermocoagulation was performed on posterior rami of lumbar spinal nerves with radiofrequency therapeutic mechine.Excellent result was obtained in 84.4%of cases.It is suggested that a close relationship exists between the injury of the posterior rami of lumbar spinal nerves and lowback pain.Radiofrequency thermocoagulation of the posterior rami of lumbar spinal nerves play a positive role in the treatment of low-back pain.The complications,the selection of patients and the possible mechanisms of action were discussed.
